Cheese & Bacon Donuts

1. Prepare the Onion Rings
Slice the onions into thick rings and separate the layers.
Place a smaller ring inside a larger ring, leaving a gap in between.

2. Stuff with Cheese
Insert a mozzarella cheese stick into the gap between the two onion rings.

3. Wrap with Bacon
Wrap the bacon strips around the onion and cheese until fully covered.
Secure with toothpicks to hold everything in place.

4. Bake to Perfection
Place the bacon-wrapped cheese donuts onto a baking tray.
Preheat the Sharp EO-28LP electric oven to 200°C, using both upper and lower heat.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
