Warranty Terms and Conditions:

The company provides warranty coverage for product defects, damages, or faulty parts resulting from manufacturing processes that directly affect the functionality of the product.

Proof of purchase required for warranty claims includes a receipt, invoice, or warranty card that clearly states the purchase date and is stamped by the retailer.

Onsite service is available only for water heater products (WH) and water dispensers (SB).

Onsite service for products that are out of warranty or fall the warranty terms will incur service and travel charges.

If no proof of purchase can be presented under any circumstances, the company reserves the right to consider the warranty period starting from the manufacturing date.

The company reserves the right to change warranty conditions without prior notice.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow the user manual provided with the product.

Parts or components that are worn or deteriorated due to abnormal use or lack of care, which do not affect the main function of the product.

Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, power surges or drops, transport damage, accidents (e.g., drops, cracks), or animal/insect infestation, or usage under non-standard voltage conditions.

Products that have been tampered with, disassembled, modified, or had parts replaced with non-original components, or repaired by non-authorized service centers or technicians not approved by the company.

Lack of valid warranty documentation, such as proof of purchase, a warranty card with purchase date and store stamp, or serial number or production lot number.
