Ingredient : Korean-Style Grilled Pork Ribs
Pork Ribs: 1 rack
Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste): ½ cup
Ketchup: 3 tbsp
Sugar: ¼ cup
Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp
Mirin: 1 tbsp
Salt: ½ tsp
Water: 3 tbsp
Roasted White Sesame Seeds: for garnish
Fresh Salad Greens: for serving

How to : Korean-Style Grilled Pork Ribs
1. Prepare the Marinade
Mix gochujang, ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, mirin, and salt until well combined. Reserve ¼ of the sauce for basting later.
2. Marinate the Ribs
Coat the pork ribs thoroughly with the sauce and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Wrap & Cook
Wrap the marinated ribs in aluminum foil, adding 3 tbsp of water before sealing tightly.
Place the wrapped ribs in the inner rack of the Sharp KF-AF68DB Air Fryer.
Insert the inner pot into the fryer.
4. First Cook
Press POWER → Select STEAK mode.
Adjust the time to 40 minutes and temperature to 150°C.
Press START ►ıı and let it cook.
5. Baste & Final Cook
After 40 minutes, remove the foil and baste the ribs with the reserved sauce.
Select STEAK mode again and adjust the time to 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
6. Serve
Once done, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and serve with fresh salad greens.
