Hot Water: 100 ml
Simple Syrup: ½ cup
Lychee: 100 grams
Frozen Strawberries: 100 grams
Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon
Ice: 400 grams

Whipping Cream: ¾ cup
Milk: ½ cup
Cream Cheese: 70 grams
Sugar: 1 teaspoon

How to : Mixed Fruit Rose Tea Cheese Smoothie
Instructions for the Smoothie
1. Brew the Rose Tea
Steep the rose tea bags in hot water for about 5 minutes to allow the fragrant aroma to develop.
2. Blend the Fruit and Tea
In the SHARP blender, combine the brewed rose tea, simple syrup, lychee, strawberries, lemon juice, and ice.
3. Pulse & Blend
Pulse 3-4 times to break down the ingredients, then turn the blender on and increase the speed to blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Serve
Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with a layer of the creamy cheese mixture (recipe below). Garnish with fresh fruit for an extra touch of elegance!
Instructions for the Cream Cheese
1. Mix the Cream Cheese
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whipping cream, milk, cream cheese, sugar, and a pinch of salt until well combined and smooth. Set aside.
2. Top the Smoothie
