Dough
Glutinous rice flour: 200 g
Rice flour: 50 g
Steamed potato (mashed): 125 g
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Warm water: 160 g
Granulated sugar: 50 g
Salt: 1 tsp
White sesame seeds: ½ cup
Cooking oil (for frying)
Filling
Peeled mung beans (steamed): 150 g
Coconut milk: 100 g
Granulated sugar: 150 g
Ground white pepper: 2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
For the Filling
Pork sausages: 5 pieces
Mozzarella cheese: 200 grams (cut into sticks)
For Frying and Serving
Cooking oil: 1.5 liters
Wooden skewers: 10 pieces
Breadcrumbs: as needed
Ketchup and mustard: for garnish

How to : Sesame Fried Dough Balls (Khanom Nga Tod)
1. Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and salt. Stir until dissolved and set aside.
Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour, mashed potato, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Gradually pour in the prepared liquid and knead until a smooth dough forms.
Divide the dough into small pieces, each weighing about 10 grams.
2. Make the Filling
Blend the steamed mung beans, coconut milk, and sugar in a food processor until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a pan, place it on the Sharp Induction Cooker, and press ON/OFF. Select HOT POT mode and reduce the power to 800 W. Add white pepper and salt, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
Let it cool, then roll into 15-gram balls.
3. Assemble the Balls
Flatten a piece of dough, place a mung bean filling ball in the center, and wrap it completely. Roll the dough into a round shape.
Coat the ball with sesame seeds, pressing gently to ensure they stick evenly.
4. Fry the Balls
Heat cooking oil in a deep pot on the Sharp Induction Cooker. Press ON/OFF, select FRY mode, and set the temperature to 140°C.
Fry the sesame-coated balls in the hot oil for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
Remove and place on a paper towel-lined tray to drain excess oil.
