Mee Sua noodles (pre-boiled): 200 g
Carrot (julienned): 20 g
Shiitake mushrooms (sliced): ¼ cup
Cabbage (coarsely shredded): ¼ cup
Soup stock: ¼ cup
Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
Spring onions (cut into 1-inch pieces): 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 2 tsp
Ground white pepper: ½ tsp
Fried garlic (for garnish)
Chopped spring onions (for garnish)

1ใ Stir-Fry the Vegetables
Pour vegetable oil into a wok or large pan. Place it on the Sharp Induction Cooker CY-301, press ON/OFF, and select HOT POT mode with 2,000W power.
Add the carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and cabbage, then stir-fry until slightly softened.
2. Cook the Noodles
Add the pre-boiled mee sua noodles and soup stock to the pan.
Season with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and ground white pepper. Stir well to ensure even coating of the flavors.
Add spring onions, giving everything a final toss.
3. Serve & Garnish
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fried garlic and chopped spring onions.
