For the Pork Marinade
Pork loin: 200 g
Light soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Seasoning sauce: 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
Ground pepper: 1 tsp
For the Breading
All-purpose flour: 1 cup
Eggs: 2
Panko breadcrumbs: 1 cup
Cooking oil (for frying)
For the Sauce
Onion: ½ (thinly sliced)
Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
Japanese soy sauce: 3 tbsp
Dashi broth: ½ cup
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Egg: 1
Cooked Japanese rice: 1 cup

How to : Katsu Don (Japanese Pork Cutlet Rice Bowl)
1. Marinate the pork – Mix pork loin with light soy sauce, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, and ground pepper. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Bread the pork – Dredge the marinated pork in flour, dip it in beaten egg, then coat it evenly with panko breadcrumbs.
3. Fry the pork – Pour cooking oil into a pan, place it on the Sharp Induction Cooker, press ON, then select the HOT POT program and reduce the power to 800W. Fry the breaded pork until golden and crispy. Drain excess oil, slice into strips, and set aside.
4. Prepare the sauce – Add cooking oil and onions to a pan on the Sharp Induction Cooker. Press ON, then select the HOT POT program and reduce the power to 800W. Sauté until onions are soft. Add Japanese soy sauce, dashi broth, and sugar. Stir well, then place the fried pork cutlet into the sauce. Bring to a simmer, then pour the beaten egg around the pork and let it cook until just set.
5. Serve – Spoon hot Japanese rice into a bowl, then carefully place the pork cutlet and sauce on top. Enjoy immediately!
