Rice vermicelli (softened): 80 grams
Water mimosa (cut into bite-sized pieces): 1 cup
Water: 3 tablespoons
Fish sauce: 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons
Tamarind paste: 1 tablespoon
Chili paste (Nam Prik Pao): 1 tablespoon
Red bird’s eye chili (coarsely chopped): 1 tablespoon
Garlic (coarsely chopped): 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil: 1 tablespoon

How to : Stir-Fried Rice Vermicelli with Water Mimosa (Mee Pad Kra Chade)
1. Prepare
Heat the cooking oil in a wok or pan placed on the Sharp Induction Cooker CY-301.
Turn the cooker on, select the HOT POT program, and adjust the power to 1000W.
Add the chopped red chilies, garlic, and prawns. Stir-fry until the prawns turn pink and are just cooked through.
2. Add the Noodles and Seasonings
Add the softened rice vermicelli and water to the pan.
Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, tamarind paste, and chili paste.
Toss everything together, making sure the noodles are well-coated in the sauce.
